UPVC profiles’ structural advantages

The design of product structure is directly related to the thermal insulation performance, air tightness, water tightness, wind pressure resistance and other performances of the finished window, which affects the appearance of the finished window and the convenience of the doors and windows in the process of processing and installation, thus affecting the processing efficiency of the door and window factory.

1. The thermal insulation performance of doors and windows has a great relationship with the profile structure (the influencing factors include the product wall thickness, the thickness of auxiliary reinforcement, the compartment division mode,the layout of reinforcement, etc.); in the initial stage of the new product development, Dimex profile is calculated by the K value theory. The structural design of the profile structure is scientific and reasonable to ensure the good thermal insulation performance of the product, and the thermal insulation performance of DIMEX push-pull series reaches Grade 8 of the national standard (2.0≤K<2.5W/m2h).

2. The water tightness directly affects the later use. In real life, many doors and windows have adverse or untimely drainage in the later period, which leads to the rain water pouncing into the room or water seepage and troubles the residents. For the push-pull series products, the rail height of the push-pull frame is 55mm, and the water sealing height is 25mm (generally, the rail water sealing height of the push-pull series is 1mm higher, and the water sealing performance of the doors and windows is 1 level higher), effectively ensuring the water tightness of the finished windows. The water sealing performance of the push-pull series of Dimes reaches the national standard level 4(350 P <500MP).
