Common types and dimensional tolerances of heat insulation strips

(1) The common types of heat insulation strips are I, C and T. Other models, such as Y type and YF type, are made according to customer requirements.

Note: Type I, C and T insulation strips can be identified according to the sectional shape of the insulation strip.

(2) The width of the heat insulation strip is determined according to the customer's requirements, and the common ones are

14.8mm, 16mm, 18.6mm, 20.0mm, 22.0mm, 24.0mm, 28.0mm, etc

If the width is<=20mm, the="" allowable="" tolerance="" is="" if="" width="">20mm, the allowable tolerance is ± 0.1mm

(3) Insulation strip thickness>=1.8mm

If the width of the thermal insulation strip is>=20mm, the allowable tolerance of the thickness of the thermal insulation strip is ± 0.05mm

(4) The angle of heat insulation strip is 4.2mm, and the allowable tolerance is ± 0.05mm

Characteristics of heat insulation strips and precautions for storage

It is better to store the heat insulation strip in a room temperature, dry and ventilated environment, because the polyamide will become soft and its size will become larger in a high temperature or humid environment, which will make the heat insulation strip unable to pass through the profile cavity; In the low temperature environment, the heat insulation strip will become brittle and its size will become smaller, and it is easy to crack when threading, resulting in scrap of profiles. In addition, the heat insulation strip shall not be stored for more than one year. If the storage time is too long, the heat insulation strip will slowly absorb the moisture in the air, and the heat insulation strip will degrade and become very brittle, resulting in the heat insulation strip can not be used.

Packaging of heat insulation strips

There are two kinds of heat insulation strip packaging, one is straight strip packaging, the other is coiled strip packaging.

Straight bar packaging: (1) 100 pieces/package (2) 50 pieces/package (3) 6.02m each

Coil packaging: depending on the model, specification and delivery quantity

Laser coding

Mark shall be printed on the side of heat insulation strip. The mark shall appear at least once every 500mm.

The mark indicates:

Specification, model, national standard number and manufacturer.

Quotation of insulating strip

The heat insulation strip shall be quoted by meter, and the ton price shall be taken as the calculation basis and assessment basis. The heat insulation strips have different weights per meter due to different shapes, and the production difficulty is also different. Type I strip shall be converted according to the ton price and the weight of different metric grams. The pricing method of profiled insulating strip (type C, T, Y, etc.) is: ton price * difficulty coefficient=profiled strip ton price

(Price per ton of profiled bar/1000000) × Weight in metric grams=price per meter of profiled bar (difficulty coefficient of C and T type is temporarily 1.05, and other profiled bars are to be determined)

For example, if the metric weight of a special bar is 120g, the difficulty coefficient is 1.2, and the tonnage price of I-shaped bar is 50000 yuan/ton, then the tonnage price of the special bar is 50000 * 1.2=60000 yuan/ton, which is converted into the price per meter (60000/1000000) × 120=7.2 yuan/m


In addition to the existing specifications and models on the company's mold list, if there is a new mold, the mold drawing must be returned to the company first, and the company's technology department can confirm that the mold can be opened before receiving the order. The mold drawing review cycle is 1-2 months, and the mold opening cycle depends on the degree of difficulty. The cost of new mould opening varies according to the degree of difficulty. The cost of mould opening is USD 8000-12000. If there is a special mold (mold opening is very difficult), the mold opening cost will be negotiated separately.

Container volume

Inner volume of 20ft container: 5.69m * 2.13m * 2.18m; upper limit cargo weight: 17.5t

Inner volume of 40 foot container: 11.8 m * 2.13 m * 2.18 m; upper limit cargo weight: 22 tons

Packing plan

20ft container: (1) 5.69m long, unable to load straight bars (2) coil bars. Take C-28.0 as an example: 500m per roll

The weight per meter is 90.4g, the outer diameter is 1m, the thickness is 0.15m, and each row of 2 rolls can be placed horizontally, which can be placed in 5 rows, and each row can be placed in 14 heights, totaling 140 rolls. Loading weight=140 × five hundred × 0.0000904 tons=6.328 tons 40 foot container (1) The front of the container is 6.1 meters long, and the back is 5.7 meters long. (2) Take C-28.0 as an example: straight bars: 50 pieces per piece, 0.048 meters in volume. A margin of 0.5 m at the top of the container is not included in the volume. Then 400 pieces of straight bars can be loaded (447 pieces can be loaded theoretically). Weight of straight bars=400 × fifty × six × 0.0000904 t=10.848 t coil: the weight of the coil is 6.328 t, the same as that of a 20 ft container, and the total weight=17.176 t
