Nowadays, with the continuous advancement of the global "carbon peak, carbon neutral" strategic goal, the increasing demand for energy conservation and emission reduction, the promotion of ultra-low energy Windows and passive Windows has become the general trend. In this context, DIMEX Taicang has launched high-performance PE foamed insulating strips and PU foamed insulating profiles.

PE foamed insulating profile is paste the PE foamed bar to PA66 insulating strip on line, so that it has a very good buffer, seismic, noise reduction, heat insulation, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance. PE foamed insulating profile has very superior temperature and weather resistance, can be used in the range of -60 degrees Celsius to +160 degrees Celsius, with high and low temperature resistance, fire retardant, chemical corrosion resistance and other characteristics, can greatly improve the door and window shock, shock absorption, high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance and flame retardant performance.

PU foamed insulating profile is“Polyurethane and other polymer materials are mixed and then foamed in line and filled on the PA66 insulating strip.

On the basis of "seismic, noise reduction, heat insulation, moisture, corrosion resistance" and other properties, it also adds "high strength, high toughness, high wear resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, fire retardant" and other properties. It can be used from -70°C  to +280°C. Polyurethane is a kind of excellent performance of synthetic materials, it has the advantages of high specific strength, low thermal conductivity and so on, is the world's best performance of thermal insulation materials. Compared with similar products, polyurethane materials have better decorative effect, strong bonding, shock resistance, ultra-low temperature thermal conductivity, sound insulation, etc., so it is widely used in architectural decoration.

PU foamed insulating profile’s advantages:

It can greatly reduce the heat conduction of Windows and Doors whether the use of PE foamed insulating profile or PU foamed insulating profile, Because it improved the thermal insulation, sound insulation performance and weather resistance of Windows/Doors. But the PE foamed insulating profiles and PU foamed insulting profiles circulating in the domestic market can only be imported from Europe so far. Through unremitting efforts, DIMEX's technology and R&D department has successfully broken through this technical barrier, broke the European technology monopoly, and opened the process of localization of these two high-tech products.

These two new products produced by DIMEX have passed the quality approval of the Schuco Germany. And we have applied for the certification of RAL Germany.  The new products will be put into the market in large numbers after passing the RAL quality recognition, please look forward to it.
