3.6 positioning and temporary fixing: install according to the installed position line, and lift it straight. If there is no problem, it can be temporarily fixed with a wooden wedge.
3.7 fixing with the wall: there are three methods for fixing aluminum alloy doors and windows with the wall:
3.7.1 hit with an electric hammer along the outer wall of the window frame φ 6 holes (60 mm deep) and use base type φ 6 reinforcement (40 mm × 60 mm) stick 107 glue slurry, drive it into the hole, and weld the iron foot with the embedded reinforcement after the cement slurry finally sets.
3.7.2 the connecting iron parts shall be firmly welded with the embedded steel plate or the structural stirrup.
3.7.3 no matter which method is adopted for fixing, the distance from the iron foot to the window corner should not be greater than 180 mm, and the distance between the iron feet should be less than 600 mm.

3.8 dealing with the gap between door and window frames and walls: after the aluminum alloy doors and windows are fixed, the gap between door and window frames and walls should be dealt with in time. If the type of filling material is not specified in the design, mineral wool or glass wool felt shall be used to fill the gap layer by layer, and a 5-8 mm deep notch shall be left on the outer surface to fill with caulking paste. Sealing material. After the aluminum alloy window and sill plate are installed, the gaps around the window frame shall be filled at the same time. The force during filling shall not be too large to prevent the window frame from deformation under stress.
3.9 installation of aluminum alloy door frame:
3.9.1 repair the reserved door opening in advance according to the size of aluminum alloy door frame.
3.9.2 fix the connection software (or wooden bricks) on the side of the door frame.
3.9.3 shoot screws or self tapping screws to fix the door frame and wall embedded parts.
3.9.4 fill the gap between the wall and the door and window frame with thermal insulation materials.
3.9.5 fill the gap between the wall and the door and window frame with sealant.
3.10 hole, put the ground spring into the hole and fix it with cement mortar. The installation quality of the ground spring must be guaranteed: the epithelium of the ground spring seat must be consistent with the indoor ground level; The axis of the rotating shaft of the ground spring must be consistent with the axis of the locating pin of the horizontal material of the door frame.
3.11 the specific method is the same as that of door frame installation.
3.12 installation of hardware accessories: the hardware accessories of doors and windows can be installed only after the mortar work is repaired and the hand over oil brush is completed. See the product description for the installation process requirements. It is required to be installed firmly and used flexibly.
3.13 installation of aluminum alloy gauze doors and windows:
3.13.1 the construction method of iron sand (or steel yarn, aluminum yarn) is the same as that of steel yarn doors and windows.

4 quality standard of aluminum alloy casement window
5. Finished product protection of aluminum alloy casement window
5.1 aluminum alloy doors and windows should be stored in the warehouse, and the lower side should be padded up, leveled, and stacked neatly. For windows that have been installed with draping, pay attention to support and pad them well during storage to prevent damage to draping.
5.2 the protective film of doors and windows should be installed after being checked to be intact. After installation, both sides of the door frame should be tied with wooden strips in time, and it is forbidden to transport any materials from the window to prevent collision damage.
5.3 if low alkaline cement or pea gravel concrete is used to plug the joint, the cement laitance should be brushed in time after plugging to prevent it from being difficult to clean after cement solidification and damaging the oxide film on the surface.
Before caulking the joints of aluminum alloy doors and windows, the contact surface with cement mortar shall be painted with preservatives for anti-corrosion treatment.
5.4 before plastering, aluminum alloy doors and windows shall be protected with plastic film. Before indoor wet operation is completed, no type of work shall damage its protective film to prevent mortar from eroding its surface.
5.5 the protective film of aluminum alloy doors and windows should be removed before handover, and it should be gently removed, and a knife shovel should not be used to prevent the surface from being scratched and affecting the appearance.
5.6 if there is glue on the surface of aluminum alloy doors and windows, it should be wiped clean with cotton wool dipped with special solvent. If local scratches are found, it can be dipped with dye solution with a small brush
5.7 during the transportation of building materials, it is strictly forbidden to wipe, smash, touch and damage the materials of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
5.8 establish a strict finished product protection system.
