E82und Top Performance (Refractory) Window System

E82und is a high- performace refractory window system which is designed as per European standard. The advantages are as follows:
  • 1. Excellent air tightness and thermal insulation performance;
    1. Uf 0.90~1.10 W/㎡`K (including steel reinforcements).
    2. No fire or smoke through the closed window for an hour.
    3. Air tightness Grade 8 [ q1 ≤0.5m3/(m`h); q2 ≤1.5m3/(㎡`h) ].
    4. Water tightness Grade 6 (∆P ≥ 700).
    5. Wind pressure resistance above Grade 8 (P3 ≥ 4.5 KPa).
    6. Sound insulation Grade 5 (Rw + Ctr ≥ 400dB; Rw + C ≥ 400dB).
    7. Heat preservation Grade10 (K< 1.1 W/㎡`K).
  • 2. Advanced "hidden hinge" can be assembled;
  • 3. Fire and flame retardant function;
  • 4. Screw socket transom(mullion).
  • 5. Available for 34 ~51mm glass configuration.
System Structure of E82und:
Maximum thickness of glass 51mm;
V-shape designing for glazing bead easy to be maintained and will not hurt the profile.
An O-type gasket is added between the glass and the sash.
Transverse internal chambers were added.
There are 3 fire proof expansion strip chambers in opening sash to ensure the quality of fire-proof Windows.
"Hidden hardware" slot.
Co-extrusion HPEV ethylene gasket makes the joint not shrink, improve sealing, smooth and beautiful.
7 chamber & 3 sealing structure, double - chamber design for the glass mouth.

[Three breakthroughs in fire resistance]

1. SS304 stainless steel fireproof strips have been added to the opening part;

2. Three "interpenetration fireproof expansion strips" card slots been added to the opening part;

3. Abandoned the traditional "fire grouting" process. The "nano fireproof sticks" are used for filling. Enhanced thermal insulation and reduced sash deadweight;

The application of these three technologies, together with corresponding fireproof materials and measures, which effectively guarantees the national standard of Fireproof > 1 hour for "E82 refractory window".

E195 inowa High Air-tight Door System

Designing Features

DIMEX E195 inowa high air tight door system is the most innovative uPVC door system which is designed & developed jointly by DIMEX and ROTO Germany. It combines the advantages of sliding and casement. Custom-made sliding hardware from ROTO inowa was incorporated in the development of the E195 system. This series is a high performance system designed in combination with aluminum and plastic.

  • The assembly of ROTO's hidden hardware. It can be forced locking, which ensures the highest security & sealing performance.
  • System Uf 1.30 W/㎡`K.
  • Air tightness Grade 8 [ q1 ≤0.5m3/(m`h); q2 ≤1.5m3/(㎡`h) ].
  • Water tightness Gr.6 (∆P ≥ 700).
  • Wind pressure resistance above Grade.8 (P3 ≥ 4.5 KPa).
  • Sound insulation Gr.5 (Rw + Ctr ≥ 400dB; Rw + C ≥ 400dB).
  • Heat preservation Gr.10 (K< 1.1 W/㎡`K).
  • Glazing 20mm to 49mm.

  • 1. Inowa high air- tightness door is the superb uPVC door combining advantages of sliding doors and vertical hinged doors. Opened horizontally and can be closed by an easy push, inowa allows more space both indoors and outdoors, performing as well as the vertical hinged doors in air-tightness, water-tightness, heat-insulation and sound-insulation
  • 2. The movable sash is outward, which not only provides better air and water tightness, but convenience for the screen door-installation indoors.
  • 3. Convenient installation process: The sash is welded, and the frame as well as vertical mullion are screw-fixed, which simplifies the process of transporting and final installation.
  • 4. Without the need for being jointed, inowa can achieve the design for 5m*3m doors, and a single sash can bear the weight up to 150kg. Its concise beauty makes inowa a perfect choice for living room doors, balcony doors and partition doors in modern buildings.

Remarks:All above are theoretical data. Users can choose the appropriate thickness of the rubber gasket according to the thickness of glass in order to better meet the requirements of glazing bead and glass. And carry out glass trial installation verification.
